What to include
- Which app and version (open the menu bar panel or About box)
- Your macOS version
- What you were trying to do
- What actually happened — screenshots help a lot
Response times
We aim to reply within two working days. We're in the UK, so timezones may add a little latency — thanks for your patience.
Refunds and purchases
All purchases are handled by Apple through the Mac App Store. Refund requests need to go through Apple directly at reportaproblem.apple.com. If you had a bad experience though, please still email us — we want to know.
